Join Penn State scientists and unravel the mysteries behind the limitations of human performance. Campers will be challenged to understand and test the physiological underpinnings of sports performance, flexibility, agility, speed, power, strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and more. Participants will test themselves against age appropriate norms, and question the effects of altitude, aging, training, gender, use of ergogenic aids, and many more variables. If you're a student-athlete or scientist at heart you don't want to miss this camp!
