This is a camp that will get you moving! In order to learn about the different body systems that impact human athletic performance, campers will challenge themselves with tests that are used on real athletes to measure flexibility, agility, speed, power, strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and more! Campers will learn about the anatomical and physiological underpinnings of each test and compare their results to the norms for their age group. Campers will also learn about the prevention and treatment of athletic injuries. If you’re a student-athlete or a budding scientist with a curiosity about how humans can do what they do, don’t miss your chance to explore the human machine!
