The early registration deadline is midnight on 4/1/15. Regular registration deadline is June 13, 2015. Camp places will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wait to register, your chosen camp may already be full at your child's grade level. If spaces are still available after the discount deadline (April 1st), you may be able to register at the full registration fee.
Register early to ensure a place for your child in their chosen camp.
Full or partial financial aid is available for financially disadvantaged students… Details
If your child’s grade level is full in his/her chosen camp, you will have the option to select to be placed on a waitlist for that camp or register for another camp for that age group. You may choose to remain on the waitlist and/or to select another camp (if another camp has an opening in his/her grade level). You will not be charged for a waitlisted program until a space in the program opens up for your child. If your plans change, you may contact our office to take them off the waitlist.
If a space for your child opens up, he/she will automatically be registered for the program. You will then receive an email notification of your child’s change of status. At that time, you will be expected to provide payment.
Register your child before midnight on April 1st, 2016 to receive the discounted rate.
All cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the first day of camp will result in a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee per camp. The $50 administrative fee will be charged for each canceled camp regardless of the participant's (or his/her sibling's) enrollment in other Science - U camps.
Refund requests made within 15 days of the start of camp will not be honored. The participant and/or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the entire fee.
The University may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a camp is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other related charges, costs or expenses including cancellations/changes or charges by airlines or travel agencies.
Payments can be made by check or credit card, and must be made within 2 weeks of your registration.
You may pay online with any major credit card upon registering or over the phone by calling 814-865-8301.

Such amenities might include: human resource expenses (on average, Science-U camper-to-staff ratio is 5:1, allowing campers to ask questions, make new friends, and get their hands on the materials as much as possible), materials, Penn State lab supplies, room and space reservation fees, food and housing, gifts and take homes, t-shirts, and travel and transportation expenses when applicable. Science-U is proud to offer one of the highest quality science camps in the United States.
